Paint/Chrome Mesh materials flickering dependant on camera

as I move my vehicle forwards or the camera around the materials are fine however, occasionally they will turnout like this for a second or two https://gyazo.com/aace6c3d57337e9807366188bbce58ca when they are usually https://gyazo.com/a4c8258546fa3802cdea5fd5104976ff ive tried calculating the normal on the entire model, changing the calculation and project to 80 and 20 percentages in normals and tuner and still nothing.

possible reasons:
1. you are using shader with bump/normal map while your geometry has no tangents.
2. your SPECMAP;s texture is not found by the game and it drops random texture onto this slot in game. SPECMAP's green channel is a reflection strength.
