Odd shading bug in ped mod

Just a few vertices along the edge of the neck seam are very sensitive to lighting conditions/angle in game for some reason. Both my spec maps and normal maps are fully consistent in that area so I've ruled that out. It doesn't seem to be this bad in Zmodeler either. I'm sure its something simple.

Solved by setting all vertices R channels to 255
