No License Check

hello

I have a problem since the new Windows 10 Update
my license doesn't check in, so I can't work at all

I've tried:

-Remove the CodeLib.zmx file
-added to the exclude list of my antivirus
-new update on zmodeler

please I need help

Specify your account name and platform password on "Account Setup" page, press Ok and close ZM.

Your platform should be allowed to access online: page pick your platform in account on "My computers" page, enable "allow this platform..." option, assign password and press Ok.

Then start ZM and open "License Information" page - your license key should get downloaded and validated.
