GTA IV Sliding Doors

I have been working on a mod that would be alot better with sliding doors, i have a friend who said that it is in fact possible for IV so i was wondering if anyone knew how to do it

For SA I am managed with a single door, because we have to find in the memory game the 3D parts of the doors, and it's not easy.
I believe that for the IV is not more simple.
However, it is not a question that is resolved with ZM2...
