Hi, can I run ZModeler plugins (filters) in 3Ds max?

no. you can import/export with zmodeler and transfer scenes into 3dsmax with "Wavefront OBJ" as intermediate step. e.g.

Import into ZM
->
export to OBJ
->
import obj into 3dsMAX
->
edit/create your content
->
export to OBJ
->
import OBJ into ZModeler
->
refine scene setup (if needed)
->
export into required format
